Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, while also setting clear expectations.
- Refund requests must be received within 14 days of purchase.
- To qualify, you’ll need to show proof of implementation—such as completed worksheets or screenshots demonstrating that you’ve applied the material.
- Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
- Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Once a refund is granted, your access to all program content (videos, downloads, membership areas, and communities) will be revoked, and you must delete any materials saved.
- If you joined via a payment plan and do not qualify for a refund, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
- Certain premium offerings may be marked “all sales final” at the time of purchase. In those cases, that policy overrides the terms above.
- Chargebacks are not permitted. Because our refund policy is clearly outlined, initiating a chargeback may result in revoked access and reporting through your payment provider.
